45 Minutes $140
Return consultations build on your initial care and continue supporting your health as it evolves. These sessions allow us to dig deeper, review your progress, explore any changes, and refine the approach based on how you are responding. Your treatment may be adjusted to remain aligned with your current needs, lifestyle, and capacity. This ongoing process supports steady, sustainable improvements in your health and overall wellbeing.
Education is also critical in these sessions as ultimately my goal is for you to gather the tools and knowledge you need to eventually move on, thrive and compass your own wellbeing.

Home Consultation
75 Minutes $270
Home consultations provide a more personalised approach by assessing your health within the context of your everyday environment. These sessions explore how your home setup and daily habits may be influencing your wellbeing, with tailored recommendations to support a healthier living space.
Although this service is designed primarily to assess your health within the context of your home, it can also be used for an in-house Initial Consultation if required.
