At Ocean & Forest Naturopathy, I am committed to providing you with attentive, high-quality, and personalised care. To support this, I may use a secure AI-assisted clinical note-taking tool within my practice.
What this means for your care
This tool is used to assist in generating clinical notes from our consultation. It allows me to remain more present and engaged with you during our time together, rather than focusing on manual note-taking.
The tool operates in the background and does not interact with you directly. All notes generated are carefully reviewed, edited, and approved by me to ensure they accurately reflect your care.
Privacy and confidentiality
Your privacy is of the utmost importance. Any AI-supported tools used within the clinic are required to meet strict privacy and data security standards. Your personal and health information remains confidential and is handled in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.
Your choice
Your participation is entirely optional. If you prefer that AI-assisted note-taking is not used during your consultation, you are welcome to let me know at any time.
By consenting, you acknowledge that you understand how this tool is used within the clinic and are comfortable with its inclusion in your care.

My consultation fees reflect the time, clinical expertise, and depth of care involved in each appointment, including preparation before and integration after our session. As a qualified practitioner with university training and ongoing professional development, my pricing also accounts for the responsibility of delivering safe, evidence-informed naturopathic care. Fees are structured to support the sustainability of the practice, allowing adequate time for each client while maintaining high-quality, individualised support. This ensures each consultation is given the attention it requires rather than being rushed or standardised.
-
To support a smooth booking and payment process, your card details are securely stored through my booking system, Practice Better.

Charging the initial deposit at the time of booking
Processing any remaining balance prior to your appointment
Applying cancellation or late fees, where applicable under the clinic’s policy
Security of your information
Your card details are stored securely via an encrypted, third-party payment provider. I do not have direct access to your full card details, and all information is handled in accordance with strict security and privacy standards.
