Naturopath BHSc

Hi, I’m Haylee

This isn’t just a business — it’s a personal mission to disrupt the status quo of a hustle culture that glorifies exhaustion and equates self worth to what you have.

My mission is to help people feel that they have enough time, enough energy, boundless joy, purpose, vibrant health and are living their most authentic intentional life.

A little about me!

You know you need to be a Naturopath when you get excited about going to farmers markets, working with herbal medicines and imagining a body free of ailments. As Joseph Campbell once said, “follow your bliss”. Well I did, and that’s what has led me to being here and being of service to you today.

I’m passionate about the mind-body connection and how our thoughts, values and beliefs can affect our physical body and experience of life. Considering we form most of our foundational beliefs and world views when we are kids, I am also interested in early life stressors and how this negatively impacts health in adulthood. I’m passionate about placing boundaries around the use of technology to protect our cognition and mental health. Modern technological advancements, particularly smartphones and social media, have significantly eroded our ability to concentrate and think deeply. These platforms have been intentionally designed to capture attention through constant notifications, endless scrolling, and algorithm-driven content, leading to fragmented focus and habitual distraction. As a result, we are conditioned to consume short bursts of information rather than engage in sustained, meaningful thought, weakening our capacity for deep reading, creativity, and critical thinking. The constant stimulation also reduces opportunities for mind-wandering, a process essential for reflection and insight. As Johann Hari argues in his book, Stolen Focus, this decline in attention is not a personal failing, but a systemic consequence of technologies engineered to prioritise engagement over cognitive wellbeing. As such, I feel it’s worth exploring ways to navigate our modern environment to make it work for you not against you.

I’m passionate about avoiding burnout and seeing constant exhaustion as a way of life. We live in a capitalist society that constantly pushes for more — more productivity, more consumption, and more profits. There is an ongoing pressure to always be doing, striving, and obtaining, which can leave little space for rest, reflection, or simply being. I believe these expectations disconnect us from our natural pace and create a sense that we are not enough just as we are. Over time, this can lead to a loss of connection to what truly supports our health and fulfilment.

Finally, a note on nature and herbal medicines. I am deeply passionate about the role of nature in supporting our health, and I believe we are inherently designed to live in alignment with its rhythms and cycles. By honouring natural patterns—such as our sleep-wake cycles, seasonal shifts, and the balance between rest and activity—we can support the body’s innate ability to heal and function optimally. I also value the use of herbal medicine, as it works with the body as a whole rather than targeting isolated symptoms, gently guiding it back into balance and alignment. For me, this approach fosters a more connected, sustainable way of achieving true health and wellbeing.

In short, I am passionate about all things health in the context of life and I’m deeply committed to helping my clients uncover their most authentic joyful life, what ever that may look like for them.

I look forward to hearing your story and helping you not only thrive but feel more connected to your body, your mind and your environment.
